Homework: Sometime this week or next, visit a local farmer's market. Record your impressions in your journal (sketches and writing).
If you need a ride to a farmer's market, leave a comment on the blog. If you can offer a ride to a market, check to see if there is a comment from someone who might need a ride.
Prepare to talk about the issues involved with the locavore movement.
Next week we will discuss the readings and then ride to either Market Street or Home Cafe.
First draft of Midterm paper is due at the start of next week's class.
